I implemented routing and interoperability logic, connected Teams Direct Routing to the on-premises voice environment, and applied operational controls for maintainability and troubleshooting. ## Results & Impact The integration enabled Teams users to use the existing telephony infrastructure through a purpose-built, supportable bridge.
